While we were in Columbus to visit doctors David Rogers' Big Bugs were setup in the Inniswood Garden Metro Park in Westerville, Ohio. After one look we just had to find a day when the heat and sun allowed us to take our friend Ruth Lambert.
According to the advertising all of these sculptures are anatomically correct depictions using all natural recycled materials. I could argue that the steel support posts don't quite fit but let's not get picky. The lady bug was Ruth's favorite. I think at this point she was around 90 and starting to have trouble walking long distances so we were able to borrow the wheelchair from the park for our visit.
